The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to establish a cohesive and accountable team culture. This role requires expertise in implementing efficient operations, driving productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. While prior experience in the dental field is preferred, it is not required as long as you have a proven track record of effective leadership and management in other industries.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the practice.
· Cultivate and maintain a productive and accountable team culture.
· Provide guidance and coaching to team members to help them achieve their maximum potential.
· Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
· Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding protocols for new hires.
· Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care processes and enhance patient experience.
· Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in a leadership role with expertise in human resource management.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to implement effective operational strategies.
· Experience in talent recruitment and onboarding protocols development.
· Familiarity with healthcare or dental practice operations (preferred but not required).
· Knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Dolphin Management) is a plus.
